Symbiotics Ltd, 10th September 2012<\/span>:<\/strong> A team of trainers and examiners from Symbiotics Ltd. specialists in human performance assessment and training solutions has just returned from delivering an ADAPT(TM) examiner training program in Thailand, for Thai Flight Training Academy who train Ab Initios for Thai Airways International and Thai Smile.
\nWith a mission statement to maintain the highest standards of safety and training, the Thai Flight Training Academy (TFTA) in Bangkok has chosen ADAPT(TM) as the preferred pre-selection toolkit for ab-initio candidates. The academy provides three advanced professional commercial pilot courses – Airline Transition Training Course, Flight Instructor Training Program and a recently introduced Multi-crew Pilot Licence (MPL) course, fulfilling the requirements of every international airline.
\nNikki Heath, Founder and CEO of Symbiotics Ltd. commented: \u201c7 pilots and 1 cabin crew have now qualified to administer ADAPT(TM) and are now helping TFTA select candidates for their MPL program. \nWith this is mind, TFTA are encouraging students at various universities in Thailand, who wish to pursue a career in flying to undergo ADAPT(TM) training.
