3. 6 months of experience in RELIANCE COMMUNICATION AS A CSR (customer service representative).in 2008

RESPONSIBILITIES—

IMPORT-
 Import paperwork for the different departments.
 import flight check tally of incoming cargo receiving and tally with the manifest
 Solving of different cases with the customs for air lines
 Counter work of delivery order issue and cash operation with account department.
 Dealing with professional agents and solving there queries.
 Making import manifest and submitting the manifest to the customs with mail.


EXPORT-
 Export feeding of air way bill to different destinations with different countries.
 Export releasing of cargo from warehouse.
 Flight work of cargo planning for the flight planed day wise.
 Loading, and escorting of relevant cargo.
 Planning of cargo with according to weather condition and passenger load of the flight.
