Flying Cats Bangalore centre launched

Bangalore: Bollywood actress Neha Dhupia was in town the other day to launch the Bangalore centre of the Flying Cats, an airhostess training school.
The school is expected to equip youngsters with the necessary skills to enter the booming aviation and hospitality industry.
According to surveys, the industry will require over two lakh trained professionals by 2010.
Forty thousand of these vacancies will be for cabin crew alone. Neha Dhupia, shared her experience with students of Flying Cats during her appearance in the city.
After a one-year diploma course, students can get a certificate from the Annamalai University, practical exposure through regular celebrity visits and grooming workshops, certificates from Polished Cats, a grooming course, English Cats, a course in spoken English and a special certificate in Red Cross and First Aid training, in-flight and regular training in mock aircraft and virtual classrooms with V-Sat technology.
