Jettwings Group of Institutes celebrates 14th Convocation Day
Jettwings Group of Institutions celebrated their Annual Convocation ceremony on March 12 at the Shankardeva Kalakshetra for the 2019-2020 batch of outgoing students.
The institute, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, was able to train and place its 900+ students in various aviation and hospitality sectors pan India. Even though the pandemic and its subsequent lockdowns severely impacted the aviation and hospitality sector, the institutes under the umbrella of Jettwings Group of Institutions were able to impart knowledge and skillsets to the outgoing students and have them placed in reputed institutions around India.
The event was attended by prominent Assamese actor Nishita Goswami, who congratulated the students and teachers involved for being able to produce such results during the coronavirus chaos.
“Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. An institute is so much more than just bricks and mortar,†she said.
“I feel an immense sense of pride to be able to organise this 14th convocation ceremony for the students of 2019-2020 batch more so because they have gone through a lot and even then were able to produce such wonderful results,†said Sanjay Aditya Singh, the Group Chairman of Jettwings while talking with EastMojo.
