Alliance Air recruits Co-Pilots

Alliance Air, the regional services wing of Air India, is now recruiting Co-Pilots. There are 69 vacancies and the selected candidates will be posted at any of the following centres:

  • Delhi
  • Kolkata
  • Bangalore
  • Hyderabad
  • Mumbai
  • Bhopal

CPL holders with or without ATR family Ratings (ATR 42-320 / 72-500 / 72-600) can apply.
Pilots rated on ATR 42 / 72-500 will be required to do differential training for ATR 72-600  and CPL holders (Non-Rated) will be required to do the Type rating endorsement on ATR 72-600 on their own.

Candidates who are found suitable after undergoing the laid down selection process will be given a Letter
of Intent by Airline Allied Services Limited (Alliance Air). They will be required to do the Endorsement
Training within 04 (Four) months of issuance of Letter of Intent to them. They will also be required to give Bank Guarantee for Rs. 5,000,00 /- (Rs. Five Lacs )for Ground Training
/ Base Training which will be given by AASL. The above training cost will be recovered from the salary in
Equal Monthly Installments during the period of contract. In case, the candidate leaves the Company
before completion of 5 years of contract, the said Bank Guarantee will be invoked by Airline Allied
Services Limited.
The Company may also decide to send candidates for ATR Endorsement / Differential Training (as
applicable) for which they will be required to give Bank guarantee for the entire cost of the training. The
details are given in clause – Cost Of Training, Bank Guarantee, Fixed Term Employment Agreement &
Indemnity Bond.

Academic Qualifications: 10+2 from a recognized Board/University.
Upper age limit : 45 years (As on 01st June, 2016)

Summary of technical qualifications:
– Current valid CPL issued by DGCA, India
– Valid ATR Endorsement with IR
– Current Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate issued by DGCA, India
– Current FRTO issued by DGCA, India
– IR Endorsement for CPL
– Current RTR (A) issued by WPC, Ministry of Communication, India
– Valid ELP

Candidates should be in possession of Indian Current passport, if not available , proof of
submission of application to be attached.

Candidates may send their typed and signed applications in the prescribed application format
available on the Career Page  of the airlines website along with a recent passport size
photograph duly pasted and a Demand Draft of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only – not
applicable for SC/ST candidates) in favour of AIRLINE ALLIED SERVICES LIMITED, payable at

Candidates will also be required to attach photocopies of testimonials along with the Application Form in
support of their:
i) Date of birth
ii) Academic/Technical Qualification/s
iii) Experience
iv) One set of photocopies of above Licences/Endorsements, Updated Flying Logbook
v) Applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates ONLY: Caste Certificate in the prescribed
proforma issued by the appropriate authority. Candidates belonging to OBC Category
will be required to attach the Caste Certificate in the proforma meant for Central
Government employment
