Haryana to develop four new air strips with pilot training facilities
Chandigarh: The Haryana Government has decided to develop four new Air strips at Pinjore, Karnal, Bachhod (Narnaul), Hisar and Bhiwani in the State. Haryana Transport, Tourism, Hospitality and Civil Aviation Minister, Om Parkash Jain disclosed that aeroplanes would be provided the facility of hangar and landing.
Jain was talking to the mediapersons at Guhla Cheeka in district Kaithal today. He said that pilot training facilities would be available at these air strips so that new avenues of opportunities could be available to the youth of the State. He said that there are immense possibilities in the field of aviation.
Jain said that the air strips of Pinjore would be developed by giving it to private sector and process of dedicating the Air strips of Narnaul to the people had already been started. Bachhod (Narnaul) would be developed for aerosports activities also.
