Jamshedpur: Chandigarh-based airhostess training institute Flying Cats, which was the first such institute in India to offer a one-year university diploma course in aviation, travel and tourism in technical collaboration with the Annamalai University, soft launched a three-year bachelor in business administration (BBA) degree course in aviation here on Monday.
Flying Cats will officially launch the course in New Delhi on April 24 in the presence of its channel partners, the UK-based Active Solutions Consulting Group (ASCG) and others. ASCG helps the institute place its students in different airlines, both national and international. The course fee is Rs 60,000 per annum. The Annamalai University also offers a BBA degree in aviation.

Flying Cats' one-year university diploma couse, which has a course fee of Rs 1 lakh, comes with a practical training trip to Singapore with a 10-hour in-flight aviation training and another 10 hours of ground handling training at New Delhi and Changi airports.
